London – Heathrow International Airport

Heathrow Airport is the largest airport in Europe; over 70 million passengers check in there a year and 90 airlines provide connections with 90 countries. These figures seem impressive, that’s for sure, but it is also overwhelming to imagine such a colossal facility occupying 12 km2 where thousands of passengers come and go every day. However, modernly designed terminals make the process of checking-in take literally a few minutes. The passengers can use 66 booths for self-check-in. 27 booths at the security check zone provide equally efficient service. The time you have to wait to claim your baggage after your flight is also short. 
Heathrow Airport is constantly modernized. On regular basis, the iQueue program is used to analyze passenger activity and prevent hold-ups. Commuting to the city center is also very convenient. The car park offers 1300 spots. If you decide to choose public transportation, there are Heathrow Express train and the subway.

What is the best way to lure customers into using your services?  Trigger one’s senses!  Los Angeles Airport , which is the largest airport in California and one of the largest in the USA, proves that.  Thanks to the cooperation with Moment Factory, a place that heavily triggers one’s senses was created. The terminals are equipped with seven, gigantic screens located in strategic places. However, the greatest attraction is the illusory Time Tower, which is “located” around an elevator. Beneath the arches of the “saucer”, there is a restaurant offering a beautiful view of the airport and the city.  The interior has been arranged in a retro-futuristic style and the lighting has been designed by Walt Disney Imagineering studio.

The designers of Dubai Airport paid attention to the finniest details and foresaw every need a passenger may have.
