Singapore – Changi Airport

An airport is usually just a facility that we visit for a short period of time and we treat it as a transit point to go for further travels or get back home as soon as possible. It turns out, however, that an airport can be a tourist destination itself. 
Singapore – Changi is a place where families often spend their time off doing shopping or hanging out at restaurants. What makes it such a comfortable place? There are plenty of reasons (pretty big ones!). One of them is, for example, a five-story (!) garden with 25 species of ramblers. Another reason you should intentionally visit the airport is a butterfly garden – it accommodates 40 000 species of different insects. Moreover, relaxation opportunities are provided by a rooftop swimming pool and waterfalls. Individuals looking for some fun can go to four different cinemas. Art lovers would definitely appreciate a chance to see world’s biggest moving sculpture called – “Kinetic Rain”.
